Resume Examples by Job Title
Complete, editable resume examples for software, data, product, retail and customer service roles, plus the situations most resume advice skips: no experience, career changes, employment gaps, and returning to work.
Every example on this page is a full resume, not a template with placeholder text: a summary, a work history with measured bullets, a skills section, and education, written for one specific job and one specific level of experience. Each one was built in the same builder you will use, so when you open it the formatting, section order, and spacing are already done and the only thing left to replace is the content.
Pick by the job you are applying for first and your experience level second. The level pill on each card (entry, mid, senior) tells you how much history the example assumes. If your situation matters more than your title, the resumes by situation section covers first resumes, students, career changes, gaps, and returning parents. Every example page also explains the choices it makes and answers the questions people in that role ask most.
The people in these resumes are composites: realistic careers assembled from typical roles, employers, and numbers for the job, not real individuals. The editorial process page explains how they are written and reviewed. Once you have adapted one, run it through the free ATS resume checker before you send it, and if a specific question is holding you up (references, length, what counts as experience), Resume Help has the short answers.
